I started from the ground and worked my way up. From serving as an active-duty Airplane Mechanic for the United States Air Force to becoming an Operations Manager, I’ve seen what makes leaders tick and have observed what the best leaders have in common.

...I was wondering why despite being ambitious, I still felt stuck and struggled to motivate my team.
